Sticky Ribs

I got a Ninja Foodi for Christmas and it has drastically changed my bbq game. These ribs only take 50 minutes from start to finish and are crispy, sticky, and juicy. Can't beat it.

PREP: 10 min. COOK: 40 min. TOTAL: 50 min.

  • 1 rack of pork ribs, cut into 4 sections

  • 1/4 cup barbecue rub

  • 2 tbsp. kosher salt

  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar

  • 1/2 can of beer

  • 1 cup bbq sauce

BBQ dry rub ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. cumin

  • 1 tbsp. paprika

  • 1 tbsp. granulated garlic

  • 1 tbsp. granulated onion powder

  • 1 tbsp. chili powder

  • 2 tbsp. kosher salt

  • 1 tsp. cayenne

  • 1 tsp. black pepper

  • In a small bowl, mix together barbecue spice rub, salt, and brown sugar. Season ribs evenly with spice mix.

  • Pour beer into bottom of pressure cooker and place ribs into the crisping basket or on a rack.

  • Pressure cook on high for 19 minutes.

  • After pressure cooking, air fry on 400ºF for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, brush the ribs with the bbq sauce and let run for the remaining 5 minutes.

  • Ribs are done when the internal temperature reaches 185ºF. Let rest for about 5 minutes, slice and serve.
