INGREDIENTS:
1 can of biscuits (we will only be using 6)
1 lb. breakfast sausage
12 oz. package of bacon
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
8 oz. Mexican blend cheese
1 package of country gravy
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x11in. baking dish with cooking spray.
Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place them evenly in the bottom of the baking dish. Set aside.
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add in the bacon. Cook until crispy and then remove to a plate lined with paper towels and set aside.
Remove all but one tablespoon of the leftover bacon grease from the pan.
Add in the sausage over medium-high heat and brown.
Sprinkle the browned sausage over the top of the biscuit dough in the baking dish.
Roughly chop the bacon and layer it over the other ingredients in the baking dish, being sure to spread it all around evenly.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
Prepare the package gravy according to the instructions on the package, then pour it evenly over the cheese.
Place into the oven and cook for 40 minutes.
