Ham & Swiss Paninis with homemade honey mustard

Another recipe for a quick lunch or dinner that you can whip up using your leftover or store bought ham!



 

HAM & SWISS PANINI WITH HOMEMADE HONEY MUSTARD


 

INGREDIENTS:

  • sourdough bread, sliced

  • leftover or store-bought ham

  • swiss cheese

  • 1-2 tbsp. mayo

  • optional: spring mix greens

for the sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 1/4 cup dijon

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tsp. cayenne

  • 1 tsp. distilled white vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mix together mayo, dijon, honey, cayenne, and vinegar to create the sauce.

  • Assemble paninis baby coating either side of the slices of read with mayo, top with ham, Swiss, homemade honey mustard, and (optional: mixed greens).

  • Toast in a skillet or panini press until the read is toasted and the cheese is melted.

  • serve with a side salad, bowl of soup, or roasted veggies!
