These roasted asparagus never last long at our house! Butter, garlic, cheese- what else do you need? I mean, it's not the healthiest way to make asparagus, but they sure taste good.

Garlic & Parmesan Roasted Asparagus
This is definitely a crowd pleaser- so much so that even veggie haters will love them.
INGREDIENTS:
large bunch of asparagus
olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
grated parmesan cheese
1-2 pats of butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Snap woody ends off of the asparagus and discard.
Place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and garlic and toss until all of the asparagus are evenly coated. Top generously with grated parmesan.
Baked for 20-25 minutes, until the ends of the asparagus are easily poked by a fork.
