Marinated Chicken Kebabs

Chicken kebabs are very simple to make and are the perfect compliment to a light and filling meal.





  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes

  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces

  • 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces

  • 1 red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces

  • cherry tomatoes, optional

  • 1 cup of Zesty Italian Dressing

  • skewers


  • Place the chicken, pepper, onion, and tomato pieces into a ziplock bag, or in a bowl with Zesty Italian Dressing and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  • If using wooden skewers, let them soak in water while the chicken marinates so they don't burn in the oven.

  • Preheat an oven to 425ºF.

  • Thread the chicken, peppers, and onions on the skewers with a combo of peppers, tomatoes, and onion in between the pieces of chicken.

  • Place the kebabs on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes. Flip and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cooked through.

  • Serve and enjoy!
