A great side dish for just about any meal, this broccolini side dish is capable fo freshening up just about any meal.

SAUTÉD BROCCOLINI
INGREDIENTS:
2 bundles broccolini
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
juice of 1/2 a lemon
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Bring water to boil in a pot.
Chop the ends off of the broccolini and blanch them in the water for about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat and add in the oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes cooking until fragrant.
Add in the broccolini and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until warmed through.
Remove from heat and toss with lemon juice.
Serve immediately.
